DigiFile is a digital products store. We do not sell or ship physical products. All products purchased through our website are delivered electronically.

1. Digital Delivery

Since all DigiFile products are digital, there is no physical shipping, postage, or delivery by mail or courier.

After your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased digital product will generally be delivered on the same day.

2. Delivery Method

Depending on the product, your digital purchase may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• Email delivery
• A digital download link
• Access through your DigiFile customer account
• Another electronic delivery method specified on the product page

Please make sure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and that you have access to it.

3. Delivery Time

Digital products are generally delivered the same day after successful payment.

In some circumstances, delivery may be delayed because of payment verification, technical issues, system maintenance, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you have completed your purchase but have not received or cannot access your digital product, please contact us and we will assist you.

4. No Shipping Fees

Because DigiFile products are delivered electronically, there are no physical shipping fees and no shipping carrier is involved in the delivery of your order.

5. Download or Access Problems

If you do not receive your digital product, your download link does not work, or you experience another technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide access to your purchased product.

If the issue cannot be satisfactorily resolved and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
